It's a scam. Forward to [email protected] then delete
No....DON'T open it mayennaise. Delete it.
Constantly!!!

Rule of thumb. - NEVER click on a link from these emails or bank emails

The address they come from is faked and the web links are masked to look genuine in the message.

i thought it was a scam so I got rid of it. Thought i'd see if I was the only recipient.
Absolute scam...do not open it.Paypal will only address an email to you by your name not 'dear valued customer' for example.
No bank or organization asks customers to verify their accounts this way. A big giveaway is also fact you are not addressed by name.
I get one or two a week, mainly pretending to be banks I don't even have accounts with.
Delete without opening.
If you have time and want to help fight against this type of thing you can forward to the real bank or company as mojo says. I did this the other day to a couple of companies and both thanked me.
I get them regularly, mayennaise. The way to check is to go to your PayPal account directly (NOT from the link in the email), and check your status - if it's OK, it's a scam. I report them all to PayPal, then delete them.

I always right click on this type of emails to view the message source - then I can see if it is a valid address that I recognize.
I have been addressed by name in scam emails before.
No Paypal, bank, credit card or collection agency will ever include a clickable link. They will ask you to go directly to their site and login.
p.s. Don't trust ones that say you have a parcel waiting to be delivered either.
If you get one from say, Hermes, Google hermes and copy and paste the tracking number directly into there. DO NOT click on the tracking link.
