I've recently bought a new laptop (windows 8) and want to copy my iTunes library from my old laptop. When I turn on Home Sharing and put in my details there is no 'shared' tab on the left! But for some strange reason my old laptop can receive my iTunes library from my new laptop but I want to transfer the other way!! What am I doing wrong?

Please to long words or jargon I wont understand! Basic steps please!!
