How much will it cost me to take my Motorola RAZR I in to replace the battery? Either in store somewhere or online?

Its out of warranty BTW.

I assume that this is a follow-up to your previous question. Having just looked at the manual for your phone, I realise (somewhat alarmingly) that it's got a non-removable battery. (I write 'alarmingly' because that's likely to mean that replacing it will cost far more than replacing a normal phone battery).

Before going any further though, try resetting the phone by holding down the power and volume keys together for at least 15 seconds. (If nothing happens, then try pressing the power button on its own again).

If that doesn't fix it you're probably going to have to contact Motorola's UK support people on 0870 9010 555 to get information about replacing the battery. (They should be able to direct you to an authorised service agent).
