BT have been trying for the past 12 months to get me to change to this but i told them i am happy with what i have & didn't want to pay anymore out. I have now received a letter saying that they are upgrading broadband in my area to make it faster & thay want to upgrade me 'Free of Charge!'

They would then seek to increase your monthly payments after the end of the free period. If you are happy with the current product and price you would have less hassle not accepting the free trial offer.

Its not a free trial they are updating it for free.

Keep seeing adverts for BT infinity 2 but I can't even get bt infinity 1 where i live. I'm currently with bt total BB and it is the worst and most expensive service I have had (out of 3 ISP's) roll on june when my contract is up.
