This question is regarding an incident in Series One - there is a scene with Saul in the tailor's shop, making up a suicide bomb vest - is this the one that Brody wore in the bunker, that didn't go off - if so, had Saul made this vest with the tailor's knowledge, or was it pure luck that Brody was given that vest?

Saul didn't make the vest.....the tailor did.

You can be sure that if the wife appears in the flashback at the start of the episode, then she will be back.
