how to exit full screen in firefox

Feeling stupid and frustrated but firefox has gone full screen tried escape and F11 to no avail please help

try right=clicking in the top right hand corner of your screen and see if an exit option comes up

if you hover the cursor at the top of the screen does the navigation toolbar become visible?

no it doesn't

no chuck on pc windows 7 but have safari on desktop so tried to see if the same but navigation bar is visible there thanks hope there is another different suggestion

thank you all for suggestions but resolved now went to getting started firefox found navigation bar not ticked Had a problem yesterday trying to delete and unwanted toolbar must have accidentally removed that too

Try this
Click Windows 'Start' button, your task bar should then appear. At the very end of the Task bar, past the date/time, click on 'show desktop', doing that will minimise any open windows and you can work from there to close your browser and start again.
