Hurt back couple of years ago lifting really heavy box and twisting to left at same time(ouch!). Has never been 100% right since, despite various physio etc.
This week again had to do a lot of lifting etc. Woke up this morning and can barely move without yelping everytime I move the wrong way.Bottom left of back, just below waistband. Am taking co-codamol and have used Biofreeze but not helping an inch.

So as long as I stay not moving on sofa, with just you lot for company, i should be ok............

Ha! lol, well it is a big sofa.......)
Get well soon Smo ... but don't lie still for too long or you might make it worse
Anything you would like me to do for you, Smow ?
My Mum has back problems Smow and finds if she moves it eases off. She uses Diclofenic which she gets from her doc. Maybe don't sit for too long or it will stiffen up. Hope you feel better soon xx
Question Author
Yes I am trying to move about a bit, as agree I will probably stiffen up.
