Is anyone having problems with their Virgin broadband at this minute,Also cannot watch any recorded shows on my Tivo box.They say network issue but my internet was working then,It was a bit later then found I had my internet problem.
Fuming!!!

Going to ring in morning if not back by then and roast them,Had internet problem with them last month...no internet nearly all day...they did knock six quid off my bill,,but still not good enough!!!

Been watching TV no problems and watched recorded programme as well.
Typing this using virgin broadband no problem and...
made a call on virgin mobile about 10 minutes ago no problem.

Unplug/Switch off power supply for about 30 seconds, then switch back on.
Just notice your last post kloofnek. I'm in North West too, in Bolton
I got fed up with virgin media and days without broadband available. They offered silly amounts like £2 a day compensation. Was forever on the phone listening to recorded messages how they were fixing problems in this and that postcode area. Gave up and now with Bt. Never any problem and advantage of all the wifi hotspots.

Have to get onto them in the morning.I am using my T-Mobile dongle at the moment,usually only use when on the move and there is no WiFi.

Oh Lord..I know...trying to understand them and getting them to understand me.What a pain!!!!
Oh, I thought it was my television getting flaky. Now I know I shall do something about it. If we all ring at once perhaps they will realise there is something going wrong.
moved house 29th march brought v+ box with me.Engineer installed new wireless hub and wired up spare room for v box.Nightmare ever since.Broadband out for days at a time,Spurious messages appearing at start up informing me Virgin security will reinstall at next reboot,Does not.Tech staff given remote access to computer only inform me its slow.cannot get rid of messages.REfunded £7 for broadband failure.TV box Occassionally not responding for hours at a time Booked tech visits but cancelled when box came back from the dead.Have said nice things about V in the past but am now seriously considering my options.good luck

I used to be very happy with Virgin..but not anymore...I have just been on the VM website to try and get some answers..it informs me there is NO problem with ANY of my services in my area..A survey box came up,so have just done it ...gave very negative answers as I am fuming so let of steam!!!

I shall be on the phone first thing in the morning and God help the person who answers it...know it is not directly their fault,but am so angry!!!
Question is,,,will they understand me,,I know I will have great trouble understanding THEM!!!
Another thing that annoys me..all these fantastic offers they put out...but..oh..only for NEW customers!!!I have told them about this when I have rang up about the offers,,said how unfair,I have been with them for ever,yet never get any "rewards"....
I fear they shall be losing my custom at this rate.
Does anyone out there ever have problems with BT???

I am STILL up...just taking a look at T-Mobile as I will be needing a Euro Broadband Booster for when I go away.
