Mail Delivery Subsystem

when I know for a fact the email has been delivered, I am getting this message quite often and when I rang Sky on Friday, a gentleman in their Indian call centre said it was 'maintenance', today I rang back and got a Scottish lady who says...No, no maintenance going on????

Anyone else having this happen if you are a Sky email subscriber?

Mail Delivery Subsystem are usually spam .. as are Postmaster .. and other words like it.
I don't waste any time on them .. in fact, I tell my Web system to dump all like it and mark as spam.
