Have totally got a 'got out bed on the wrong side' bad mood on me today - anyone have any tips on how to shake it (I fancy a really explosive argument with someone but there isn't anyone around that I don't like).

Strangely, all of us on my team in the office came in one by one today saying we felt, really grumpy, headachey and cheesed off. I said earler I fancied a good row with someone but couldn't find a victim. Maybe it's the weather.
