advent modena webcam has stopped working, can anyone help with a solution.
for some reason the webcam is not in the device manager, strange thing is that the webcam light comes on when you start up the laptop.

Try reinstalling the camera, new cable or different usb slot.

yep tried to reinstall a new cam but Windows 7 didn't like the alternative cam. Strange thing is that the Camera Shows as being active, but no camera function or program excists, Hum this is going to puzzle me, i can see it
