My laptop keeps 'freezing' and I get a message saying for example 'Internet Explorer is not responding' or what ever I have on at the time and the screen goes dim. This is happening more and frequently. How can I stop this? The troubleshooter never finds a problem. I have Windows 7 but it is even doing this on Solitaire which is not on the net. PS I'm not very technically minded!

Your system might have a scam. To make sure you can run security software. It will show you if you have malware on your PC. You may look here for security software if you don't have one on your computer: http://www.spywared.c...e/antivirus-software/
