Problems with 'Imation' DVD discs

Hi All

Has anyone here had generic problems with Imation discs. I attempted to back up a data drive onto an Imation DVD earlier.
Using Nero Express it consistently refused to function, falsely stating that the disc was not empty. It did this with several Imation discs.
When I put in a Verbatim disc everything went OK first time.

Thoughts, experience please.

I too have had problems with Imation discs. They may be fine at making post-it notes and paperclips but I won't trust them with media again.

Thanks for that SB.

Thing is, my DVD recorder(Panasonic) seems OK with them. I think I will stop buying them just to be safe.
