Resoring toolbar

I have been messing round with my toolbar settings and somehow I have managed to lose the toolbar that says Edit, View, File, Favourites, History etc.
Has anyone any idea how I can get it back?. I have re-installed Firefox but that hasn't worked.

Have you accidentally switched to full-screen mode, by any chance? Pressing F11 toggles it on and off.

Have you tried pressing it now? (You might have originally pressed F11 without noticing). It can't do any harm to check!

If you've still got the back button, refresh and search bar, right click around the search bar area, when it comes up Menu bar, Navigation toolbar click on Menu bar so it's ticked, it should come back on. Hope that makes sense.
