hi
can anyone help please?
when i plug my webcam in to one of the usb ports on my laptop it doesnt register that anything has been plugged in when i go into 'my computer' and the camera doesnt come on.
if i go into windows live messenger (msn) - tools - audio and video set up - webcam settings, it then comes to life and it can be used.
it used to show in 'my computer' as being plugged in, plus i could click 'take a photo' too and get an instant snap shot.
any ideas please?
