I have been told that this will help make my Epson printer more efficient. Is this correct and should I have it. Thank you for any info

well its free and it's from Epsom try it out you can always un-install it

The utility is not provided by nor endorsed by Epson (it is in fact written by a Russian) but it does enable more control over how ink is used by selected Epson printers...
