She is new to computers and she has to ring me , it would be a lot easier me remotley accessing her computer rather than have to go to her house

You create an account then let the person with the computer know the account details, they log in and add their computer to the account, then when you log back into the account you will be able to remotely control their computer.

it's a secure and trusted service so as long as the account is setup with a decent password then there shouldn't be a problem security wise.

also if somebody takes over a computer remotely the remote computer gets a big banner on the screen telling the user their computer is being used remotely.
