picturemate 100

Hi I have a picturemate 100 .the black ink isn't printingI have changed the cartridge a few times to see if this helps and have done the nozzle check as well . what else can i do to fix this this problem

I have no idea what a Picturemate 100 cartridge looks like but if has the print head at the bottom like other cartridges then try standing the print head in a saucer of hot water (1/4" deep?) until it cools and then try dabbing print head on to a moist paper tissue to check if any ink is flowing. Keep repeating if necessary.
