Videos on Nokia Express 5800

I have no problem downloading 'You Tube' vids onto my PC, but when I try to put them onto my Express 5800 some load fine whilst others say they can't play either sound or pictures and then go on to play just the sound. When I download from You Tube I convert them all to the same format but some play and some don't. Any help would be appreciated.
