Cannot Print Screen in Windows 7

I want to make a few print screens while on an application but when I go to paste onto a document it just comes up black, does anyone know what is happening?

PC speaker help please

are these files needed once installed

There are cracked (illegal) copies of the beta version floating about on the internet LucyThomas,maybe rossoneri has one of those.

try PCHand Screen Capture which could help u capture anything on the screen, and it can work with windows 7. i knew it from my friend, and im using it. it is easy to use, even for a novice. i think it is pretty good, hope it could help.
