Web page size

Can anybody please tell me how to get web pages to open as a full screen rather than the smaller version which then has to be maximised?

Open a webpage as normal, then manually drag it so it's the size you want (don't maximise). Click on the X to exit your browser. If all is well, any new windows will open at the size you set.
