are there any uk phone number checkers that are free on line ??? this number keeps ringing 09869198691 . some
times it blocks the line for up to 30/45 mins .. bt havent
a clue what i should do

BT can offer you a service where you can block certain numbers from calling you,you usually key in a code after the person has called and it will prevent them from phoning you from that number in future.Get back onto BT and ask them again :)
