Access 2003 - DLookup

Can anyone help. I am trying to use a DLookup in Access 2003 which I have used in a different database but on an earlier version of access. I am asking it to look up a name in a table then look after update look up two other fields and automatically place them in the appropriate fields on the form all via combo boxes. It worked fine before but just isn't happening now and I can't see what is wrong. I am not getting any error messages when entering the visual basic.
