Answerbank Messages Lost

Hi I have just relised that I have lost my Answerbank Messages I have looked in various files and have found that the messages have been going into the Delete Box on Outlook Express ,could you please help how do I make sure they go to the IN BOX .as simple as possible please ,as my ongoing illness is not helping me .

Check your message rules. It sounds like you have a rule moving any message from answerbank to the deleted items.

Not a bad idea though, as they send me messages either full of adverts or asking why I never log on even though I am on here pretty much daily. I might add a rule deleting them :-)

I have looked in message rules and yes if was in there ,how do I change it ,I would be grateful for your help .

Try asking Google but you may have to contact your service provider
If you can get into the Rules (maybe Rules and Alerts, should be in Tools menu), there should be an option to change/delete them.

Deleting the rule would be best, as you may have accidentally blocked emails sent by AB which means they go straight to Deleted Items.

If you need to change it, just change the folder it goes to.

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with what Outlook Express looks like, so can't be more specific about exactly where to click etc.
