internet explorer browser
since this IE 8 was put on my comp,why is it that when i double click my internet explorer on my desk top the page comes up blank and freezes,and it will not shut down,but when minimizing it,it leaves it in the task bar on the bottom.
this can happen a few times until my home page appears.
any one know why???thanks
