I am attempting to install my printer (brother mfc-215c) onto my new laptop, however I get half way through the installation process then the following message appears:

cd does not contain drivers for your computer operating system.

I have visited the Brother website and they offer drivers compatable for Windows Vista Home - I am given 2 choices, driver & software or driver wizard - not sure which I am supposed to choose - any ideas?

And finally, is it safe to download these drivers? If so, do I simply download the driver then simply re-insert my brother installation cd and all will be well?!!

Thank you x

Thank you both for your assistance.

Smith134 - please can you answer one more question? Do I download both the Full Driver & Software Package and the Add Printer Wizard Driver? Then re-insert my installation CD? (sorry I think that was 2 questions)
