hi, seemilgly lost drivers for plug in modules cd-rom drive & cd r/w video rom drive for the above laptop.error message " windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.the driver may be corrupt or missing (code 39). any assistance to restore the drivers would be greatly appreciatedf.thanks

or they should be on the drivers cd that came with the mahine

plug in modules not shown on dell website.have drivers cd but with drives not working unable to load them.
