security centre...how do i remove it from computer

i am etting a very annoying security centre page/box when i am opening up a site such as hotmail or ebay etc,,,it askes do i want to view certificate or open with security certificate yes or no...i do not want this on my computer as its very slow and asks me 2-3 times every time i open a page,,very frustrating,,,how do i remove it completely................thanks

sounds silly, but check the date is set correctly on your computer (just double click the clock down in the bottom right)
Not sure what is causing this but you may have your security level set too high within internet explorer.

In IE7 (if that is what you are using) select Tools then Internet Options. The window called Internet options opens.

Select the Security tab. You get this window

Select the Internet "globe" in the top left.

Then make sure the slider at the bottom is in the centre so you get the word Medium-High

You could also select the option "Reset all zones to default level" to see if that helps.

security centre is installed in your computer .

so you can remove it from the computer.

open the add and remove program from the control panel.

select the security center and click on uninstalled it
