I have recently changed over to BG Click 6 & opted for paperless billing (my bit to help the planet). They sent me an email to say that my bills were available to view. When I went to the website, I could use "View details" to see individual parts of the bill OK but when I tried "View Statement" to print a full copy, a new window opened but remained blank.. I emailed BG and was told I needed Create Adobe PDF Online which as far as I can see I will have to buy!
There is no mention on the BG site of having to purchase a program. I have Adobe 7.0 & Acrobat 5.0 on my system and I can happily open & print bills for telephone, credit card etc.
Any ideas please?

I sometimes find that pdf documents open as blank in Acrobat 5.0. The solution, for me, is to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, enter the Task Manger, close the program 'Acrord32' and then re-open the pdf document.

Possibly worth a try?

Thanks for the suggestion Chris. Sorry to say that I tried it but it did not work for me.
