Last October I ran the "Personal Backup" programme under "System Recovery" on my iQon computer. As usual, there were no instructions. It is now impossible to run a full System Recovery to return the computer to factory settings and nothing else - whatever I try, the computer reverts to all settings as they were when I ran Personal Backup.
Can anyone suggest how I can clear or disable Personal Backup please? Trying to delete it through ths Conrol Panel Add/Remove doesn't work.
This has become a problem now as I cannot install a new security system. It keeps insisting that I remove something that doesn't seem to be there - I suspect that it may be lurking in the Backup.
