Oh heck! Guess what I saw on the news lunchtime today. They say that Jonathan Ross is coming back to our tv screens after a 3 month suspension.I can't believe 3 months has gone by so quick. Well ,I will be one viewer who will be switching off, or switching to a different channel when he appears on our tv screen.I bet the BBC has saved quite a bit of money since Jonathan Ross left 3 months ago.Surely the BBC didn't pay him for those 3 months!!! It's no wonder the TV licence is so high.We are paying for all these blooming tv presenters and hosts. Why don't the BBC lower their salary a bit?
ITV have lowered the salary of Ant & Dec.
I just hope that Wossie will learn from his mistake...... What are your comments?..........

not a fan so hardly watch his show, he's annoyingly self centered and makes fools of his guests which is why i stopped watching.
Who IS Jonathan Ross?
I seem to recognise the name but I can't say why!

They do things like that if they suspect it's too rude.....

He acted a bit silly. think his boyish charm probably ran out a few years ago, but despite that, I quite liked him.
i used to hate jono ross but i now find him quite funny , have to agree about his brother though f ecking eejit
His brother is paul ross, credits this morning, celebrity come dine withe me,and bid up tv,betcha he wishes he could just earn, sorry be like his bruffer, even there mother is in on it she is a non speaking xtra in eastenders!!!
The problem I have with him is that he actually thinks he is funny - it's a bit like the emporer's new clothes, no-one dares to tell him "Ross -you ain't funny, and you never have been".

I listen to Sounds of the Sixties on Saturday mornings, and what a pleasure it has been for the last three months to not have to rush to switch the radio off before his torrent of verbal diarrhoea starts.

Of course, thanks puddicat!!
I just could not think of his brothers name.
Paul Ross!! I don't see much of him on tv these days.
I just don't get the time to watch his shows ......

Good comment BigDave.
In my opinion, I find him rather smug and rather unfunny too.Sorry, if there are any J.R. fans out there......
Hi dave, Brian mattews on a saturday morning on the drive to work sometimes has me in tears cos he'll play a song i had forgotten about. He is amazing
Hi - Dot - come round my house any time - I live in a time warp, only occasionally allowing anything recorded after the Sixties to be played (unless it's Elvis, of course).

Btw, I have lost count, but I have well over 500 Elvis CDs, all the movies, and a huge pile of about 300 vinyl records. Then I move on to Buddy, Eddie, Chuck, Jerry Lee, Billy Fury, The Kinks, Everlies, .................
Ah hem you nearly 69 dave???
Not far off puddicat - I was just 12 when Heartbreak Hotel was released. I was always a big lad, and snuck in to see Rock Around The Clock at the local Cinema. My Mum wouldn't let me have a drape coat or drainpipe trousers. And I never could stand those mods and their silly clothes.
