is it safe to delete?

recently did a reboot on my computer..its running windows vista...everythings fine but i noticed its saved a "windows old" file...seems to be everything i had b4 reboot...is it safe to delete this file?

I dont think you mean reboot (reboot is when you just restart your computer).

Do you mean re-install or recovery?.

If you have a "Windows old" folder my guess is your did a reinstall.

Let us know exactly what you did and then we can advise better.

Personally, unless you need to make space on your hard disk, I would keep the "Windows old" folder as it may contain some personal files you may need at a later date.
