Upload JPG files from hard disc to memory card.

I have a quantity of JPG files on my HD which I want to upload to a memory card for use in my new Christmas toy a 7" picture frame.
Is it possible and how would I procede ?

If you have a memory card reader slot on your computer, plug the card into it and just copy the files as usual.

Many thanks for the prompt reply.
I have tried your suggestion and it worked first time and with 2 different memory cards.
