exporting a map

i'm working on a project for work and i have to source various items of info and save them to my powerpoint presentation which i have saved on desktop at the moment to keep adding to. this is the first time i've used anything like this and i'm stuck. i am trying to cut/paste a map from multi map or google map, but i can't seem to be able to do it. when i try to highlight the map or page to cut etc, im unable to do so. do i have to do anything because of the nature of the map? please help !

opps that won't work :)

you will have to do a screen capture, while viewing the map (press the print screen key, or alt+ print screen to just capture the current window) then paste it into a art program (windows paint will do) and then select the area you want from the screen capture and cut and paste that into powerpoint.

BTW your probably breaking copyright in someway if you use the maps.
Copyright is only broken if the map is published in print or online - should not be any problem for an individual presenting to a small audience. It's good practice to acknoledge your source.
