converting mp4 to audio track

I've downloaded an mp4 from youtube (using instructions I found via another question on Answerbank, so thanks for that guys!) and it's now a .flv file extension and plays on my pc with VLC media player. Is it possible to convert this into an audio track playable on an mp3 player or CD player? Thanks :o).

Thank you both SO much - I now have my mp3 on disk and ready to roll in the car! I had no idea there were websites that could do that! I also have a very impressed 11 year old boy compiling a wish list of youtube videos he'd like downloading and converting! lol. Thank you from both of us! x

Of course it is possible to convert the mp4 video into mp3 audio.Refer to this guide and you can find the steps.
