HP All-in-one printer error.

My HP PSC 1610 all in one has suddenly stopped working and is displaying the following error message,
ERROR:0xc0620004 411:LiB_micci2.c

I have tried new cartridges, USB cable, reinstalling the drivers and tried a software update (without success).

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

No, nothing works except the display showing the error code.
