I keep getting a window "flash.cox cannot be found". What does this mean and how can I get rid of it please?

There are loads of hits if you search for "flash.ocx".

Could this be your problem?

Hi Helpful, This appears to be a fab site if only I can savvy it. I`m going to persevere until I learn how to do it, cheers. I still get above problem whilst watching BBCi Home after about every 10mins though.
