Saving downloads from Internet

When attempting to save videos from the internet, I fail to get the "Save target as " option only the open target options. Is there something I need to tick / untick on my internet control / firewall / etc. I am using MS XP as my main application with Explorer 7

Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks

Can we have an example of the sort of video you are trying to save, please?

Only MPEG or WAV files from from sights such as

www.unoriginal.co.uk

I have managed todownload it at work but not at home so I assume there is a different configuration.

Where can I look to compare settings?
