How do I get rid of Spyfighter - In File and Folder Tasks it has a red cross against Delete This file

Try downloading Smitfraudfix
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip
Extract it to its own folder on your Desktop, then open the folder and double click smitfraudfix.cmd.
At the options screen select Option 1 first and it will produce a logfile.
You will see if it finds anything malicious. If it does run the program again and select Option 2.
If not, come back here.
Let me know if you are unsure about anything.
