Freeserve/BT Broadband incompatibility

I use Freeserve Pay as You Go but find it doesn't work with BT Broadband. Does anyone know what I need to write in the Outgoing Mail Server box to make it work?

The out-going (smtp) server should be the one that you are dialling out with. So, if you are using freeserve to dial out then it is smtp.freeserve.net If you are using bt for your internet it is (probably) mail.btopenworld.com
