It's really important not to just buy the cheapest printer based on price. What do you need it for? Colour is expensive, especially if you buy an inkjet and use it a lot - cartridges hold little ink and cost a bomb. However, if you're planning on using it less often a cheap inkjet could be perfect.
I do a lot of printing, mainly business and text, so i bought a Samsung laser printer from Argos and it's fine. I could've bought 3 inkjets for the same price, but the ink cartridges would've bankrupted me by now. the toner for this one is more expensive to buy, but it will need changing very few times. get the idea..?
IJT are offering some pretty well specified inkjet free providing you buy 3 set of ink cartridges,at present the offers seem to be Brother make, but in the past there have been Epson etc.Have a lokk at http://ijtdirect.co.uk
HP 2575 All In One - printer, scanner and photocopier. Mine was 60. It's also wireless
Wickerman is right. My own uses a toner cartridge and I have not change it in five years. It's a HP Laser black and white.
