movie maker slides to cd/dvd player
I want to put movie maker slideshow with sound on a disc I can play on my DVD player. Have tried and tried and tried and tried. Downloaded cucusoft program but I can`t understand it all. HELP me somebody lots smarter than I am. It has me well and truly beaten.

Can I ask have you managed to output anything from moviemaker?
You should set it up so as to output at DV avi PAL resolution for best pic quality. This will take some time to render if it's a long piece of music.
Once you have the avi file play it back to make sure it's all there. Now you'll need to encode it in a format suitable for burning to DVD. There's lots of options for doing this some with free software some you need to pay for to use.

doom9 is more geared towards backup of movie DVDs but the info is still very useful. Good luck.

Thanks for last answer, have converted it to AVI / PAL no problems there. I am using Cucusoft which I bought. Problem is when I try to convert and burn to DVD . I can add file and open it properly, when I click on Covert & Run it does 10% and just closes down. Any help greatly appreciated. Anyone with any suggestions will be much appreciated.
