unknown files in with my Program Files Folder - ????

I have approx 80 unknown files in my Program Files Folder. EG PrintPlg.dll / isCfgCmp.dll / ISPrdCtl.dll etc. I cannot open them or delete them. Any ideas what they could be???

PS to my question It says, you are attempting to open a file of the type "application extension"dll / access is denied - make sure the disc is not full or write protected and file is not currently in use. Ahhhhh help.....

Are you running Norton? Some of those files are made by Norton.

Yes I am running Norton, and just recently Norton "let me" update to 2008 version (until my renewal is due Nov). Thanks for your help, I do get concerned when "things" appear and I don't know what they are.
