Unable to burn playlists to cd in Itunes

I recently did a reinstal of my laptop due to a system crash. I use vista home premium. I use Itunes 7.3 and have had no problems with it and could burn playlists to disck no worries. Now since the reinstal I am unable to burn playlists to CD. i can still burn to DVD but not playlists. I keep getting error message 4280 and cd ejects. I dont need anymore shiny coasters. Othe forums say its somethingto do with sony drives. My drive is a matsh1ta drive though. I am at my wits end any ideas as to what could be causing this as it was working before ok?
