I'm having problems trying to print any document. Firstly my printer has disappeared from the "printer & faxes" menu in my control panel. It is now only showing "add printer". When I click on "add printer" I get a message saying "operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running". Ok..I go into the print spooler service and press "start" then a message displays "error 1068: the dependancy service or group failed to start". I have checked that Java is enabled (as suggested in a precious answer) and RPC is on Automatic. Could someone please give me any advice or will I have to get a professional to look at it? Thanks in advance
