It is a trojan!

I may be wrong because I have limited information about this file, but I think it is a downloader which comes as part of a 'browser helper' from Popcap. Have you downloaded any games from Gamehouse or Popcap?
A decent spyware remover, such as Spybot, should be able to get rid of it.
