my bluetooth does not work! I HAVE A COMPAQ NX7010 and i can not recieve bluetooth from any phones or computers.

Are you running Windows XP SP2?

The blue tooth has to be in range my blue tooth can go 100 mtrs but some only go 10 mtrs.
Make sure the phones/laptop is close at first,and you do have to pair the item together
