Internet on laptop

I know that you can use a router to connect to the interent with a laptop . But i dont want to do that i want to use a cardbus so i can use the internet whereever i am ! Where can you buy these from so that i can have the internet on my laptop all of the time?? thanks for any help

You'll need a SIM for it like a phone.

Also, most modern laptops have built in wireless connectivity which you can use to connect to wireless hotspots at various locations like hotels, airports, restaurants and coffee shops.

If i was to put a sim card in this though wouldnt it cost alot of money ?? would i have to keep topping the sim card up ?

Yup, you'd be charged. Not sure what the tariffs are like but it's the only way you'll get internet ALL THE TIME.
