Outlook 2007 and Computer Shutdown

I have Outlook 207 and broadband, and when I shut down the computer, it says, "Outlook initiated a Dial-Up Connection, do you want to end it? Yes/No".

Of course I want to close the Internet connection when I shut down.

Is there a way to do it automatically and stop this ridiculous message appearing?
