WindowBlinds Not Responding

i got a new skin off windowblinds but its only showing the top part of it, its not showing the style to the taskbar as it should be, i dont know why its happening i only know that its annoying!! i has the taskbar like it does in safe mode.

can vhelpfulguy or anyone else help me on this???

p.s. i only said vhelpfulguy because hes helped me on all my questions and so has Ethel so thanks everyone who has answered =]

Ethel or anyone who can advise, please can you help?

I have just been on the website for a look. So this is a 3rd party software which enhances your desktop, Am i right in saying. It sounds, Without trying it myself, That the software has'nt been downloaded fully or unpacked itself right. Try redown loading it. Close all open windows, Turn off your virus scan, Turn off your internet connecting, Then retry running the program.
